A practice built on 30 years of showing up.
Fay White, M.Ed. — Behavioral Health Therapy, Massachusetts
"Three decades of sitting with people through the hardest chapters of their lives. Trauma, grief, behavioral-health challenges, the slow work of putting a family back together. Quiet, grounded, unhurried."

Fay White has spent over 30 years counseling Massachusetts clients on behavioral health. She built her practice one client at a time, staying small by choice, and staying focused on the kind of work that actually moves people forward.
Her approach is trauma-informed and grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. Sessions are structured, practical, and focused on what is actually happening in your life right now. Not just insight. Tools.
She has worked with clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship concerns, grief, and the particular stress that comes with situations that do not fit neatly into any category.
All sessions are virtual. That was a deliberate choice. It removes the commute, the waiting room, and every logistical barrier that keeps people from showing up.

How Fay works
Trauma-Informed Care
Every session starts from an understanding that past experiences shape the present. What you carry has changed how you see the world. Healing moves at your pace, on your terms. Safety comes before anything else.
Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
CBT is practical and structured. It focuses on the relationship between your thoughts, your feelings, and your behavior. It does not just give you language for what is happening. It gives you tools you can use outside the session.

"Thirty years in, I still believe that the right conversation at the right time can change everything. That is why I do this work."
— Fay White, M.Ed.
